40 V, 150 mA, Low-IQ, Fixed-Output Automotive LDO Regulator

The INFR4xx0 series are automotive grade 1, low quiescent current, low-dropout linear regulators (LDO) supporting a wide input voltage range up to 40 V with a maximum output current of 150 mA, delivering ±2.5% output voltage accuracy. The family features input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, high-voltage enable control, internal current limiting with reverse overload protection, and overtemperature shutdown. Loop stability is maintained with a minimum 2.2 µF ceramic output capacitor, making these devices an excellent choice for energy-efficient designs in automotive and industrial environments.
